The Founding Father had great respect, and emphasis towards his culture. The father, the husband, the brother, and the ruler left his mark not only on the Nationals of the UAE, but also on the Residents of different cultures and races.

As 2018 marks 100 years since the birth of the Founding Father, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has dedicated The Year of Zayed to highlight the legacy of the late leader.

Aligning with The Year of Zayed, Pomegranate Institute proudly announces a special course called “Founding Father – Baba Zayed Leadership Course”. It is an exceptional 1-Day training course, which aims at equipping the People of the UAE with our Founding Father’s core methods, ideals & philosophy of Management, Tolerance & Intercultural Understanding. The course will highlight essential topics that were of high importance to Sheikh Zayed, such as: sustainability, respect- women’s rights: women in the government, tolerance, intercultural understanding, and the inclusion of all members of society.

Students of this class will enrich their human development skills as well as their skills in public speaking, decision making, and influencing – Sheikh Zayed Style.

A special emphasis will be placed on the concept of Role Modeling. Participants will be provided with the tools and methods to talk, lead, inspire, and influence others based on the charismatic leadership style of the late Sheikh Zayed.
